Main duties and responsibilities :
CNC machine programming:
Prepare cutting and machining programs for various CNC machines, including a plasma cutting table, a 3-axis cutting table (router), a 3-axis machining center and an automatic saw.
Preparation of production set-ups:
Design the required jigs and set-ups for part production.
Tool search and selection
Contact tooling distributors to obtain quotes for the various parts to be produced.
Operation of various machine tools:
Operate machines to produce machined parts that meet quality standards and deadlines.
Participation in manufacturing:
Participate, as needed, in project manufacturing, involving blueprint reading and mechanical assembly according to specifications.
Quality assurance:
Ensure the quality of manufacturing and the final product by carrying out quality controls during part production.
Coordination :
Efficiently coordinate activities related to programming and operation of CNC machines.
Profile required:
Level of training:
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in machining and/or mechanical engineering with a manufacturing profile, or Attestation of Vocational Specialization (AVS) in programming.
Technical skills :
Proven ability to operate and program CNC machines, demonstrating practical expertise in machining a variety of materials.

Your mandate :
Reporting to the Project Office Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the entire process, from initial planning to final delivery, working closely with internal and external teams.
Main responsibilities:
Project planning :
- Develop project management plans including schedules, resource requirements, expectations and constraints. (Scope, WBS, Budget, action logs, stakeholder logs... etc.)
- Define project objectives, technical requirements and success criteria
- Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies
Resource coordination :
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure their understanding of project objectives

Your mandate :
As a Mechanical Designer in our team, you will be a key player in the design and realization process of our projects. On larger projects, you'll be working with a modeler/draftsman. You'll be responsible for managing this person, passing on concepts and ensuring that their work meets company standards. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining high technical standards and ensuring compliance with project specifications, while keeping a close eye on the progress of the various stages.
Must have:
- Level of training: College diploma (DEC) in industrial drafting, mechanical engineering with specialized training in design. A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is a major asset.
- Work experience: Relevant design and drafting experience, with proven ability to design and produce drawings.
- Technical design skills: Good knowledge of various manufacturing processes such as bending, welding and machining. Ability to accurately read and interpret detailed drawings.
- Creativity and ingenuity: Ability to be creative and ingenious, to actively participate in the design of projects by proposing innovative ideas.
